2. WHAT ARE THE FACTORS AFFECTING CHOOSING DIMENSION OF TRACK?

THOSE FACTORS ARE EFFECTIVE WHEN CHOOSING DIMENSION OF TRACK:

• CABIN WEIGHT
• CABIN LOAD
• RAY FLOORING SYSTEM AND CONSOLE SPACES
• TYPE OF SAFETY BRAKE

3. WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN HYDRAULIC T90 RAY AND STANDARD T90 TRACK?

THE TRACKS DEFINED AS THE NAME OF HYDRAULIC T90 IN THE ASRAY PRODUCTION LISTS ARE SPECIAL TRACKS THAT ARE CONSTRUCTED FOR BEING USED IN HIGH MOVEMENT CONFOR EXPECTED, ELECTRICALLY OPERATERD, AND HYDRAULIC LIFTS AND THAT ARE NARROW COMPARED TO ALLOWABLE DEVIATION STANDARDS.

4. WHAT IS REGULATED LINK?

THERE ARE -0, 06 mm MEASUREMENT TOLERANCE IN BREECH PINS, AT THE POINTS OF ADDED TRACKS: AND +0, 06 MEASUREMENT TOLERANCE AT BREECH PIN CANALS. ALSO, THERE IS 0, 05 mm CROSSING BLANK SPACE. THESE COMPULSORY BLANK SPACES CAUSE MARGINAL PARTS ON THE POINTS OF PLANE ON WHICH TRACKS ARE ADDED TO EACH OTHER.

SPECIAL LAMS THAT ARE DESIGNED TO BRING TRACKS AT THE SAME HORIZONTAL LEVEL REQUIRED FOR HIGH MOVEMENT CONFOR APPLICATIONS ARE PRODUCED BY ASRAY. THESE LAMS ARE SUBMITTED ONLY WHEN A REQUEST HAPPENS. USING OF THESE LAMS IS NOT CONTINGENT ON THE ELECTRICALLY OPERATED LIFTS WHOSE SPEED IS NOT HIGH THAN 1 M/S.

5. WHAT IS THE MEANING OF COLD ROLLER MILL TRACK? IS HOT ROLLER MILL TRACK AN ALTERNATIVE FOR COLD ROLLER MILL TRACK?

COLD ROLLED TRACK IS A TECHNICAL NAME OF THE TRACKS THAT ARE PRODUCED FROM RAW IRON BY DRAWNING IN A FIXED METAL MOLD. THEIR SURFACE IS SMOOTH AND ENDURANCE IS BETTER.

HOT ROLLER MILL TRACK IS NOT AN ALTERNATIVE FOR COLD ROLLER MILL TRACK. EVERY KIND OF TRACK HAS TO BE GOES THROUGH A STAGE IN WHICH THEY HAVE T PROFILE SHAPE WITH HOT ROLLING MILL OF BLOCK STELL.

AFTER THIS STAGE, TRACKS ARE DEVIDED INTO TWO TYPES ACCORDING TO FOLLOWED MANUFACTURE PROCEDURE:

• COLD ROLLER MILL TRACK
• TREATED TRACKS

COLD ROLLER MILL TRACKS ARE PRODUCED BY THE METHOD OF PLASTERING AND PRESSING AFTER RAW T PROFILES ARE PASSED THROUGH HARD METAL CALIBER. ON THE OTHER SIDE, TREATED TRACKS ARE PRODUCED BY THE METHOD ACCORDING TO WHICH LEAVING WOOD SHAVINGS FROM THE SURFACE OF RAW T PROFILES. AT STANDARDS, COLD ROLLER MILL TRACKS ARE SHOWN WITH THE SYMBOL OF A, AND TREATED TRACKS ARE SHOWN WITH THE SYMBOL OF B. FOR EXAMPLE, IT IS LIKE T90-A OR T90-B.

6. WHAT ARE THE REGULATIONS ABOUT LIFTS SUPPLIED WITH GUIDE TRACKS?

General conditions for guide tracks:

1. For the lift being safely operated, guide tracks, their seams should be durable.
2. The characteristics of guide tracks for the lift being safely operated:
  a) Guiding of cabin, counter-weight, or balance weight will be provided.
  b) Deviations will be limited followed conditions:
     • Doors will not be opened accidentally.
     • Operating of safety devices will not be affected.
     • Hitting of active parts to other parts will not be possible.

3. Allowed voltages and deviations:
Allowed deviations will be determined according to followed formula:

Safety factor is as followed,

Safety factors for guiding tracks:

The materials whose extension rate is under %8 are seen as friable and will not be used.

Maximum deviations for T profile guiding tracks.

a) The cabin in which safety device operates, counter-weight or balance weight for guiding tracks are 5 mm at both side.
b) Counter-weight or balance weight for guiding tracks, without safety device, are 10 mm at both side.
Fixing of guiding tracks to consoles and the building will provide normal sitting of the building or distill of cement automatically or by simple adjustment. Turnings that may cause expelling of guiding tracks will be prevented.

Guiding of cabin, counter-weight or balance weight:

Each one of cabin, counter-weight or balance weight will be guided by at least two rijit steel.
1. Guiding tracks will be produced by distill steel, or their friction surfaces will be operated with the following conditions:

a) When nominal speed exceeds 0,4 m/s.
b) Usage of sliding safety device whatever the speed.
